Using this website
By using 247plumberfarmingtonct.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is a source of general information and a way to reach our phone line.
Information is general, not advice for your home
Articles and service pages on this site are general guidance about plumbing. They are not a diagnosis of your home, a substitute for a licensed plumber's inspection or legal, insurance or building code advice.
Local facts, such as utility details and permit rules, come from public sources and can change. Check with your utility or your town's building department before you rely on them. In an emergency involving gas, leave the building and call the gas utility or 911.
Service, scheduling and price
Calling the line connects you with dispatch, who may arrange a visit from a licensed plumber. A call does not guarantee an appointment, and we do not promise an arrival time. Same-day appointments depend on availability.
Before work starts, the plumber will give you a clear price for the job. Work begins when you agree to that price. Prices are set by the job and can depend on the problem, access, parts and time of day. Prices are not posted on this website.
Phone calls
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Our privacy policy explains what information we handle and how.
Outside links and content
This site links to and embeds outside content, such as maps and state websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limits of liability
The website and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Farmington 24/7 Plumbing is not liable for losses that result from your use of the website or from relying on its general information.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Connecticut law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. We may update them from time to time, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
