Who this policy covers
Farmington 24/7 Plumbing operates a plumbing dispatch line and this website, 247plumberfarmingtonct.com, from 353 Scott Swamp Rd, Farmington, CT 06032. This policy applies to information you share with us by phone, by email or through this site.
Information we receive
This site is built for phone calls. It does not have contact forms, accounts or checkout pages, and it does not ask you to type personal details into the page.
When you call, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us, such as your name, address and a description of the plumbing problem. When you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
If you do not want a call recorded, tell dispatch at the start of the call or contact us by another route.
How we use information
We use call and email information to understand your problem, send a licensed plumber, give you a price, schedule a visit, follow up on the work and improve how dispatch handles calls. We may also keep records of jobs for accounting, insurance and legal reasons.
We may share details of your job with the plumber assigned to it and with service providers who help us run the phone line, the website and our records, so they can do that work for us.
Website visits and third-party content
Like most websites, the server that hosts this site may log technical details of a visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs help keep the site working and secure.
Some pages show an embedded Google map. When a page with a map loads, your browser contacts Google, which has its own privacy practices. Links on this site to outside websites, such as the state licensing lookup, are governed by those sites' own policies.
How long we keep information
We keep call recordings and job records only as long as we reasonably need them for the purposes above or as the law requires. After that, we delete them or remove identifying details.
Your choices and questions
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it where we are able to. Call (860) 397-8103 or write to contact@247plumberfarmingtonct.com and include enough detail for us to find your record.
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the site or our phone line after a change means you accept the updated policy.
